Pre School Visits
Every Thursday between 9 am and 10.30am prospective new tauira | students are welcome to visit and see what it is like to attend our school. It is a great chance to get to know the other tamariki | children and familiar with kura | school.
We love to host you!

Before School Care
School formally begins each day at 9am. To support parents that need to begin work earlier arrangements with the Tumuaki | Principal can be made to accommodate tamariki | children who need to be dropped off at school before 9am each morning.
Harbour Kids
Afterschool and Holiday Programmes
Our wonderful educator Aki runs an engaging after school programme for any local West Harbour tamariki at Ravensbourne School from 3-5:30pm. Supporting the kids play with quizzes, crafts, cooking and activities.
Harbour Kids offer school holiday programmes exploring a different theme each day with special guests and activities.
Both afterschool and School holiday programmes are suited for kids 5 to 12.

STEAM School
Each term our STEAM-focused, learning is an exciting adventure! We spark curiosity and creativity as tauira | students dive into hands-on projects in science, technology, engineering, art and maths. Field trips and visits from local experts create an energetic atmosphere encouraging collaboration and exploration, making problem-solving fun and accessible.
Enviroschool Network
We are a proud Enviroschool and as part of this nationwide programme we are committed to a long-term sustainability journey, where tauira | students connect with and explore the environment, then plan, design and take action in their local places in collaboration with their communities.
Learn Piano
Afterschool one-on-one piano lessons are available through the term provided by local music teacher Maryanne. 45 minute sessions are organised on Thursdays for local West Harbour tamariki | children on the Ravensbourne School piano.
